Everything I do is GOALS

…& this year, I have 25:

  1. To be ready for ‘the more’ in life as it continues to come.

  2. Keep striving to serve others through truth, compassion and grace.

  3. Revel in the company of like-minded creatives.

  4. Stick with moving my body everyday in ways that bring me JOY.

  5. Sample different NA bevy brands monthly.

  6. Throw my pup the BEST 5th birthday bash.

  7. Stay home all day at least 4x/month.

  8. Try puppy yoga..OR a pole dancing class.

  9. Participate in an [even longer] long-distance race (= > 26.2 miles)

  10. Invest in what really matters. (= people and activities that nourish + heal)

  11. Finish writing 1 - 2 books that are currently in progress…then start a few more.

  12. Continue to honor my need for REST.

  13. To be grateful for the places I’ve landed.

  14. Do more hikes than I did last year. (*According to Strava, that number is 16.)

  15. Open my heart to those who value it.

  16. Let my mind “run wild” in terms of home renovation dreams. (*But not my budget!)

  17. Cook, dance and laugh more in my kitchen.

  18. Remember there is a difference between boundaries and walls. (*AND that I get to determine who passes through either in my life.)

  19. Fill my house with plants.

  20. Read aloud my latest kidlit release “The Glam Tour” every opportunity I get.

  21. Make time to meditate daily.

  22. Increase internal and external connections through my yoga practice.

  23. Take 2-3 real vacations.

  24. Read more books written by authors who live (at least sometimes) outside of the United States.

  25. Consider becoming a MILF coach. ~Rachel
